Welcome to the Artistic Outpost blog hop. I am showing a card that features the Generation Redux stamp plate. The main image reminds me of a mother and daughter. Very appropiate for this months theme.
I cut patterned paper to various sizes. The edges were distressed and stained with vintage photo. I stamped the background using the Ephemera Backgrounds plate and added some book paper over top. I dripped distress reinkers onto the layered papers to add some splatters and drips. The sentiment is from the Flapper Fashions stamp plate.
Well, thank you for stopping. Be sure to visit the rest of the Design Team members blogs for more creative inspiration.

Lovely vintage feel to your card, and the bees knees just made me lol….perfect sentiment for a great card.
Fabulous combination of AO stamps – beautiful vintage card, love all the added layers!
I also am not really a pink kind of gal! Love the backgrounds you created for the “women” and yes, I think it is a perfect choice for Mother’s Day! Beautiful layers and flowers!
I really like the colors and think it gives a cohesiveness to your whole beautiful design work!

So sweet! Love your pallet and that sentiment – my dad used to say that when I was a peanut. Beautiful layering here.
Oh, gorgeous, Kate – I love the splattery inking on the book text, and the lovely background paper. The women look so lovely against the layers – wow!

Just gorgeous, Kate! I absolutely LOVE the way you have built up those yummy layers, especially the book text. The bit of lace and the flower just set off the image so perfectly. Stunning piece of work!
