Welcome to this month’s Artistic Outpost product focus. Our theme is Patriotic. I made a card using the Hero stamp set.
My focal image was stamped and colored using Distress Markers. I stamped and stenciled my patterned paper after it was die cut. A little stickles gives the right amount of sparkle.
