Welcome! Our Artistic Outpost theme this month is Designer’s Choice. I used scraps for the background along with tissue tape and lace. Gesso and paint were added along with stamping from the London Underground stamp plate. The main image is stamped from the Paris Exposition plate and layered over a few die cuts. The flowers were stamped from the Serenity plate.
