I love this picture of the little girl baking cookies. There is even a plate of fresh baked cookies in the bottom left hand corner. I wish I could just reach out and grab one and pop it in my mouth.
The edges of the card and picture are all distressed and inked in Peeled Paint Distress by Ranger. I sewed the picture to a strip of embossed and inked cardstock with a zig zag stitch. I also sewed the ruffled paper at the bottom of the card. I added a bit of bling to hide the stitching and add a little sparkle. I scored the handmade rosette and distressed the edges. I used a chipboard book plate to adorn the center of the rosette with some pink brads. The mulberry paper flower in the upper left corner has a beautiful rose pearl metal brad to finish off the card.
